Moving north from Auckland - “sensational,” living the Mangawhai lifestyle - “priceless”.
In 1999 Tim and his family moved to New Zealand from South Africa to re-connect with the Kiwi side of the family and then joined Bayleys Remuera in what became a very successful stint selling residential real estate in the highly competitive Auckland property market. He quickly established a reputation as a Vendor’s Agent and was totally focused on delivering that same ‘great customer service’ to his clients and to help them achieve the best possible result for the sale of their most prized assets.
“It’s a huge responsibility to be charged with getting the best outcome for a vendor’s most valuable asset”. Tim has learned what really motivates buyers and what does not, and the importance of finding the right buyer for each property! “Selling real estate is all about bringing the buyer and seller together, understanding the needs of each party and keeping the vendor fully informed along each step of the journey”.
In 2014 Tim and Carol bought their lifestyle property in Mangawhai to build their new home, to live the Mangawhai dream. With their family close by, they are always seen around the community, either on their daily beach walks with their Springer Spaniel, Benji, or catching up with friends for a coffee. 
The move back to Bayleys in January 2019 was a real homecoming for Tim.  Supported by the fantastic team here in Mangawhai, allows Tim to fully concentrate on what he does best: Providing you the most pleasant and highly successful real estate experience.
Tim brings to the table, excellent communication and negotiating skills and is a strong believer in working very closely with his clients and prospective customers. Tim’s commitment to total service is regularly rewarded by the many people who return to do further business with him, both buying and selling. Over the years he has been involved in multiple sales of a number of key properties in Mangawhai.
